Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, the client acknowledges that they understand AND agree to the following terms.Client understands this transaction is nonrefundable unless I cannot complete the work.Client understands that PayPal fees will be added to the invoiceRequests for additional revisions will be charged accordingly, though I reserve the right to decline any revisions I feel to be impractical.I hold all rights to finished commissions, and may use them as I see fit (on social media, in a portfolio, etc).Client has the right to use and share the commission as they see fit, provided that:- They do not claim any credit for its creation.- They do not reproduce, resell, or use the commission in any commercial form or otherwise unless an agreement has been reached-Client shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the Work. Nor shall Client sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.Client agrees that if they do not send the necessary information or communicate properly within an appropriate timeframe, -2 months- from last received correspondence, their commission will be shelved and will NOT be refunded.I am NOT responsible for chasing down a client after I have sent an email and not been replied to.I reserve the right to cancel or decline any and all commissions at my own discretion.

Information

  • If you want a couple or two characters interacting in a piece it is half of the base price for the extra character as stated. Separate pieces is FULL PRICE, not half!

  • When you send me your request, I will need to know what you want done, as many references pictures as you can send to me (faceclaims, poses, art, etc.) Any bits of their personality you think would be useful, PLEASE have visual references, it is too difficult to go off of description alone.

  • Commissions can take anywhere from a week to a month. Usually not longer than that, It depends on my available time, and the complexity of the commission itself.

  • I will change anything you want in the sketch phase. After I’ve completed the piece however, I will allow only one major change. Any more than that will be at an extra cost.

  • Make sure to include an email to send an invoice to, or I will send it to the email you send the original inquiry from.

  • I do not have a waitlist and I complete commissions in the order I receive them, So whoever is at the end of the queue may end up waiting longer, regardless of the size of the commission

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission

  • Prices are in USD

  • Payment is through PayPal ONLY

  • Sketches must be paid for upfront

  • Everything else is paid for after the sketch is approved.
